Cooking is a big challenge!

Chinese cooking pays attention to nutrition balance, which combines meat and vegetables. Thus, there must be vegetables, tofu, eggs and meat for lunch and dinner. My husband and I enjoy Chinese-style dishes with relish, but our two boys prefer pizza, burgers, French chips and fried chicken. My husband and I have Chinese stomachs, while our two sons have Western stomachs. Therefore, I usually cook Chinese dishes for my husband and me and buy Western food for the two boys.
